rsdress.com is committed to providing customers with high-quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. Our returns and cancellations policy is designed to help customers handle various return situations.

If you cannot find the answer to your question in the returns and cancellations policy on this page, please send an email to contact@rsdress.com, and our customer service team will reply to you within 24 hours (business days).

1. Returns & Cancel

We sincerely apologize if you are not completely satisfied with the item you received. We gladly accept returns of most brand-new items within 7 days of receipt. In case of any dispute regarding the refund amount, we will base it on the value of the item as stated on the original purchase invoice.

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. Therefore, please ensure that the dress you purchase is your preferred size and color before placing your order.

①Conditions for Returned Items:

(1) Be aware not to destroy the security buckle attached to the clothes tag! Only available for your exchange or return when it's not removed.

(2) Returned items must be in brand new condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any residual fragrance.
Any dress that has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way is not eligible for return.

(3) Clearance and sale items are not eligible for return.

-Normally, Return shipping and customs duties are borne by the customer; shipping costs are not refundable.

You have 7 days to decide if the item is suitable for you. If you wish to return the item, please email contact@rsdress.com within 7 days of receiving the item (including weekends and holidays). Return requests after 7 days will not be accepted.

Please attach a clear panoramic photo of the item in your email so we can provide you with more effective assistance and solutions.

Please note that returns require prior approval from customer service. Responses to after-sales emails should not be interrupted for more than 3 days. Returns without prior approval from customer service will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

-We do not accept refused deliveries. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service after signing for the package. No refunds will be given for refused deliveries.
-We don't accept'buy-many-keep-one and buy two or more items and return all'try on returns. That's mean if you only want one item, but you buy two or more to have a try and then you want to return the one/ones you don't want. At this condition, we don't accept this return request.

-We will refuse returns without exception if the delay is caused by your departure for vacation or cancellation of activities.

②Return Process

Step 1: You must notify RSDRESS of your return reason via email at contact@rsdress.com within 7 days of receiving the dress. The email must include photos or documents to prove there is a problem with the dress.

Step 2: Once RSDRESS approves the return, you will receive a return form. Please complete it and send it back with the returned dress. Returns with incomplete return forms will not be processed.

Step 3: Please send the dress and the completed return form back to the return address we provide using a trackable courier service.

Step 4: After receiving your package, we will process your exchange or refund as soon as possible according to our return policy.

PS: All returned items must be in brand new, unused condition, with original labels and packaging, and free of any fragrance. Otherwise, we will not be able to issue a refund.


2. Method of Refund:

We would refund to your original payment method. That's to say, if you used credit card to pay, we would refund to your credit card.

3. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation
Our dresses are all made to order. Once the tailoring process has begun, the materials can not be reused. But there is still time to change your mind after placing your order. For details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.

Cancellation Policy

• Unpaid order will not be processed. If you do not need it, please simply ignore it.
• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment: 100% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancel order 24-48 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancel order 48-72 hours after payment: 60% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 40% refund + shipping fee.

• Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.

• Once the item has been shipped, the order can't be cancelled.

As our in-stock products will be dispatched directly upon receiving the order, once the order is dispatched and cannot be intercepted, it is not allowed to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.

Product Defects

If you encounter any quality issues that need to be reported, please contact our customer service team immediately upon receiving the product. We will assist you with the return and refund process.

Responsibility

The customer is fully responsible for the returned goods until they reach us. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.

As you are responsible for the package until its delivery, please retain proof of shipment for use if you need to contact us for a return. We are not responsible for returns due to misdelivery. If we receive the returned goods and you wish to return them to you, we may require you to pay for shipping costs.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned goods, or packages requiring customs clearance due to inspection (customer should pay clearance fees). Please retain receipts with tracking information.

We cannot refund any taxes or duties charged by customs and border offices.
