1. Shipping Method
All RSDRESS dresses are shipped via express courier and can be shipped worldwide.
We typically use the following courier companies: DHL (www.dhl.com), UPS (www.ups.com), FedEx (www.fedex.com), Aramex, and dedicated lines. If you cannot find your country/region at checkout, please contact us.
2. Shipping Costs
***Expedited shipping costs $35, and you will receive your dress within 7 to 15 business days after payment.
***Standard shipping costs $20, and you will receive your dress within 10 to 25 business days after payment.
Note: Shipping times may be affected during public holidays as manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations during these times. Though this is unfortunately out of our control, we will try our best to improve on this issue.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time = Production time (depending on product condition) + Shipping time (depending on the chosen shipping method)
①In-Stock Items
Most of our products are in stock, meaning these dresses are available and do not require additional production time. Dresses will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order.
② Custom-Made Items
Some of our products are custom-made, meaning we will only begin sewing after order confirmation. It takes 1-3 weeks to make a dress before it can be shipped.
Some styles have complex structures, including beading and handcrafting, and may require an additional few days to make.
We recommend ordering custom-made items 1-2 months before the event.
You can contact us to confirm dress availability and when it can be shipped.
We accept expedited orders. If you urgently need your dress, please email contact@rsdress.com and inform us of your event dates. We will prioritize your order, check the availability of your chosen shipping method, and ensure you receive your package before the event date.
Note:
(1) Shipping time depends on the shipping distance and the chosen shipping method. Local carriers and weather conditions can affect delivery time.Shipping may be delayed during major holidays or events.Orders may take longer during peak seasons.
(2) Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method. You may check with your local Customs Office for more information.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
*Why is the tracking number invalid?
Once the package is shipped, the logistics company may not provide updates as the package is still in transit. Updates will resume once the package arrives at the next sorting center. It may take several days (usually 3-7 days) to see any tracking information after your package has left us.
Additionally, some shipping methods may require you to obtain a destination tracking number. You can find the new tracking number via the link in the confirmation email. If you cannot find the updated tracking number, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist you.
5. Delivery Address
P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and special addresses are not applicable to all countries and do not meet shipping requirements. Therefore, to ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend that you fill in a valid phone number and your specific home address, including street and house number, when placing your order.
We apologize, but some couriers cannot deliver to military addresses or remote areas. We can only send packages through locally supported courier companies. These companies may charge additional fees for remote areas.
Attention: Customers from Brazil should leave us a message to provide us your 11-digit CPF as your custom needs it.
